With over 25 years experience in the medical field and over 20 years in management, Pat is the glue that holds us all together. She has worked with Dr. Shenko for over 14 years.

Jillian Cassell, Medical Secretary

Jillian has been with our practice since 2014. She will welcome you to our office with her smile and infectious laugh. She is the front line of the office and keeps things running smoothly. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her animals and horseback riding.

Doreen Hall, Medical Assistant & Patient Coordinator

Doreen has been in the medical field for over 25 years and has worked for Dr. Shenko for over 7 years. She has many years experience in primary care medicine as well as allergy medicine.

Jane McGarry, Medical Biller

Jane has been in the medical billing field for over 34 years. She joined our practice in 2014 and is a welcomed addition. She is very knowledgeable and is ready and available to answer your billing questions.

Tina Shenko, RN and Patient Coordinator

Tina graduated from Fitchburg State College in 1993 where she obtained her BS in nursing. She has past experience in ortho/rehab, long-term care management and plastic/surgical nursing.

Anina Sweatland, Medical Assistant

Anina joined our practice over 3 years ago.  Her calming demeanor is a welcomed balance in our office. Being a former patient of Dr. Shenko’s she is very aware of our commitment to customer service. She is a recent winner of our in-office contest for receiving the most compliments! In her spare time she likes to spend time with her Great Dane “Trooper.”
